Sales Navigator for small teams
Official seats at $50 each per month instead of $119.99, on one invoice, with no quote call and no annual lock-in.
The short answer
You can buy as many Sales Navigator seats as your team needs at $50 per seat per month, or $40 per seat paid yearly. The price per seat is the same at any quantity. Each seat is an official Core licence on its own holder's LinkedIn account, and you get one Stripe invoice for the lot.
A team of five pays $250 a month here against $599.95 at LinkedIn's list price. That is $4,199 a year back.
What a team pays
| Team size | With SalesNavSplit | LinkedIn list price | Saved per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 seats | $100/mo | $239.98/mo | $1,679.76 |
| 3 seats | $150/mo | $359.97/mo | $2,519.64 |
| 5 seats | $250/mo | $599.95/mo | $4,199.40 |
| 10 seats | $500/mo | $1,199.90/mo | $8,398.80 |
Monthly plan, before tax. The per-seat price does not change with quantity. Paid yearly each seat is $40 a month, billed $480 per seat once.

When you should buy from LinkedIn instead
We would rather you buy the right thing. If your team depends on shared lead lists, TeamLink warm-intro paths or a CRM sync writing back to Salesforce or HubSpot, those live in Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus, which LinkedIn quotes directly and we do not resell. And because every seat here is renewed on a 30-day cycle, lists and saved searches reset each time, which suits teams whose prospecting lives in a CRM far better than teams who keep everything inside Sales Navigator.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy more than one Sales Navigator seat?
Yes. You choose the number of seats at checkout and pay for them on a single Stripe invoice. Each seat is a genuine official Sales Navigator Core licence granted to an individual LinkedIn account, so every person on your team keeps their own profile, their own network and their own InMail allowance.
Is there a bulk discount for more seats?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. The price is $50 per seat per month whether you buy one or ten, or $40 per seat per month paid yearly. The saving is already about 58% against LinkedIn's $119.99, so we do not layer a volume tier on top of it.
How does this compare to LinkedIn's team plans?
LinkedIn sells Core through public self-serve checkout and pushes teams toward Advanced and Advanced Plus, which are quoted by its sales team rather than listed publicly. Those tiers add shared lists, TeamLink and CRM integration. If your team needs those collaboration features, buy from LinkedIn. If each seller mainly needs their own search, filters and InMails, Core at $50 covers it.
Do all the seats have to be on my account?
No, and they should not be. Each seat is granted to its own holder's LinkedIn account. You pay centrally and each team member connects their own account. Nobody shares a login and nobody gives us a password.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes on the monthly plan, where changing the seat count adjusts the subscription from the next cycle. On the yearly plan the year is paid upfront, so removing a seat stops it renewing rather than refunding the remainder of the year.
What is the catch for a team?
The same one every customer gets, multiplied by the number of people. Each seat is renewed every 30 days, and at each renewal that person's lists, saved searches and InMail history are lost. For teams that build shared prospect lists inside Sales Navigator, that is a real workflow cost worth weighing before you switch.
