    Sales Navigator lead export pricing

What it costs to get prospects out of Sales Navigator search, without holding a licence of your own.

    The short answer

Exporting leads through the SalesNavSplit API costs from $10 per 1,000 prospects a month, starting at $25 a month for 2,500 prospects, and falls to $5 per 1,000 at 100,000 a month. You pay for prospects returned, not for a seat.

The searches run on our licences, so you need no LinkedIn subscription of your own and there is no account to connect.

Export access or a seat: which one you want

    Buy export access if

You want prospect data landing in a CRM or sequencer, you are feeding an outbound machine rather than browsing, and you would rather not have a LinkedIn subscription or connected account at all.

    Buy a seat if

You want to work inside Sales Navigator, save leads, read profiles and send the 50 InMails a month that come with the licence. That is $50 a month.

    The prospects, without the licence

Real Sales Navigator search filters, exported to CSV or pulled through the API, running on our licences rather than your account.

    Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to export leads from Sales Navigator?

Through the SalesNavSplit API it starts at $10 per 1,000 prospects a month, on a 2,500-prospect plan at $25 a month, and falls to $5 per 1,000 at 100,000 prospects a month. You are paying for prospects returned, not for a seat.

Do I need my own Sales Navigator licence to use this?

No, and that is the point of it. The search runs on our licences. You send the search and receive the prospects, with no LinkedIn account of yours involved and nothing to connect. If you would rather hold a seat yourself, that is our other product at $50 a month.

Is this a one-off credit pack or a subscription?

A monthly plan. You pick a volume of prospects per month and it renews each month. It is not a lifetime credit balance, so choose the tier that matches your normal monthly prospecting rather than an occasional spike.

How does this compare to holding a Sales Navigator seat?

A seat is better if you want to browse, save leads and send InMails yourself, and at $50 a month it is cheap for that. The API is better if you want prospect data flowing into a CRM or a sequencer and you do not need to sit inside LinkedIn's interface at all. Plenty of teams run both.

What do I actually get back?

The prospects matching the real Sales Navigator search filters, exportable to CSV or pulled straight through the API. It is the same filter set you would use inside Sales Navigator, run on our licences.

Does LinkedIn allow exporting Sales Navigator leads?

LinkedIn's own interface deliberately makes bulk export awkward, which is why an export tooling market exists at all. Our API runs on genuine licences rather than on your account, so your own LinkedIn profile is never the thing doing the exporting and never carries the risk.
