These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the SalesNavSplit service, available at salesnavsplit.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, stop using the Service immediately.

3. Description of the Service

SalesNavSplit provides access to genuine LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core licences at discounted prices through verified reseller partnerships and secure seat-pooling systems.

Included features:

• Fast activation (<48h)
• Monthly or quarterly subscription options

SalesNavSplit does not provide scraping or automation tools.

4. Eligibility

The Service is intended for B2B professional users only.

Users must:

• Be over 18
• Act on behalf of a legal entity
• Accept LinkedIn's own Terms of Service
• Use Sales Navigator legally and responsibly

5. User Responsibilities

You remain fully responsible for your use of the Sales Navigator licence. This includes compliance with:

• LinkedIn's Terms
• Sales Navigator licence agreements
• Local laws
• Your company's internal policies

Prohibited usage

• Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of seats
• Excessive sharing outside your organisation
• Any misuse leading to LinkedIn sanctions

SalesNavSplit is not liable for any misuse.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

SalesNavSplit offers:

• Quarterly subscriptions (paid upfront)
• Monthly subscriptions

Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. Activation and Access

Activation usually occurs within 48 hours after payment. SalesNavSplit cannot guarantee LinkedIn's availability or performance.

8. Support

Support is provided via email, including help with activation and billing. No SLA or uptime guarantee is provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content is the exclusive property of Fifi Duck Holding. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty. SalesNavSplit is not responsible for:

• Indirect damages
• Business interruption
• LinkedIn sanctions caused by user behaviour
• Third-party service failures

Total cumulative liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 3 months.

11. Suspension & Termination

SalesNavSplit may suspend or terminate access in case of:

• Term violation
• Suspected fraud
• LinkedIn policy violation
• Non-payment

No refund is issued in these cases.

12. Data Protection

Data is processed according to GDPR. A dedicated Privacy Policy is available on the website.

13. Third-Party Services

SalesNavSplit depends on services like LinkedIn and external resellers. SalesNavSplit cannot guarantee:

• Their availability
• Future policies
• Pricing
• Functionality

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Montpellier.
