Cancelling your subscription

SalesNavSplit subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date, with no long-term contract and no annual commitment required.

Refund policy

SalesNavSplit offers one specific refund guarantee: if we are unable to activate your Sales Navigator access, you get a full refund of the amount paid for that subscription.

Contact support if your seat has not activated. Once we confirm activation cannot be completed, we issue the refund to your original payment method.

This activation guarantee is the only refund we offer. Outside of it, payments are non-refundable except where required by law, and subscriptions terminated for cause under our Terms of Use are not refunded. Read the full Terms of Use →
